Certain provinces impose a regulated provincial 911 fee: P.E.I (50¢), Nova Scotia (43¢), New Brunswick (53¢), Saskatchewan (38¢), and as of Dec 2009 – Quebec (40¢).
Voice airtime/ min: $1.00; LD rate/ min: Can to Can or U.S. - $0.35; U.S. Roam/LD: $1.45.

² Data used while roaming in the U.S. is not applied towards any included monthly packages offered with the rate plan, but is charged at the U.S. roaming rate as indicated above. U.S. roaming is also rounded to the closest KB when billed.
U.S. usage includes the 50 states, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands.
